APPARENT REALITY OF BEING

The series brings the question of what is reality and what is appearance in the contemporary world, where reality is opposed to the individual at the moment when their identity is shaped by the world of appearances.

In this series the works performed using the technique of oil painting is developed with various types of supports (canvas, cell phones, iron cages, wooden oratory, etc). Here matter represents reality, while the painted image represents the world of appearances.

In the series Image and Matter nullify each other out through a harmonious balance of forces, and with this, questions arise about what is real and what is illusory.

In contemporary time the identity of the human being is shaped from an imbalance of reality, and illusions prevail over the individual from a world of appearances.
