A composição da pintura é inspirada na obra da pintora brasileira Tarsila do Amaral: “Manto Vermelho”.
O retrato mostra uma senhora fazendo uso de seu celular, sua imagem revela um momento íntimo de reflexão, a intenção aqui é a de mostrar que todos os momentos da vida atual estão conectados ao uso das tecnologias, independente da idade, sexo ou raça.
O uso das tecnologias hoje cria as cavernas contemporâneas e a imagem da senhora utilizando o celular representa a sombra no fundo destas cavernas.

The composition of the painting is inspired by the work of the Brazilian painter Tarsila do Amaral: “Manto Vermelho”.
The picture shows a lady making use of her cell phone, her image reveals an intimate moment of reflection, the intention here is to show that every moment of life today is connected to the use of technology, regardless of age, sex or race.
The use of technologies today creates the contemporary caves and the image of the lady using the cell phone represents the shadow at the bottom of these caves.
